Shepherd Sock

Shepherd Sock yarn is one of the softest and loveliest sock yarns available on the market today. The yarn is a machine washable, tightly spun four-ply blend that is hand dyed in either a random multicolor or self striping pattern. As the name implies, Shepherd Sock was designed as a sock yarn, but it is also perfect for other lightweight projects such as shawls, baby garments and lace work. Each skein is 80% superwash wool, 20% nylon, 215 yards (medium adult socks require two skein) and knits at 7 stitches to the inch.
